What color lines do you use?
Goldwell Topchic, Colorance, and Redken Shades EQ.
What product lines do you carry?
We proudly carry Oribe and Goldwell as well as professional styling tools/brushes to maintain salon-quality results at home!
What styling tools do we carry/sell?
Hot tools curling irons, Dom Dom boar round brushes, Olivia garden round brushes, Glow beauty brushes.
How far in advance should I book?
Every stylist is different but for color services we recommend booking at least a month ahead as our stylists books stay full. For haircuts and blowouts we recommend between 1-3 weeks.
What do I do if I can’t find an available time online that works for me?
Always call us! Sometimes we can work things in that don’t show online. We also always have a list going for if something opens up and we can give you a call!
How do I cancel my appointment?
You can either call or go on our booking site to cancel. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment it won’t let you cancel online due to our policies.
What is the difference in the regular vs. “touchup” services?
The touch up services are for clients who have had their color done within the last 8 weeks and are just maintaining the same color by touching up the roots.
What is the difference between highlights and balayage?
Highlights are created by applying lightener from roots to ends using foils. This gives a more uniform, brighter look with dimension from the scalp down.
Balayage is a freehand painting technique that is brushed and blended into the hair to create a soft transition. It results in a more natural, lived-in look with lower maintenance grow-out since it doesn’t start directly at the roots.
Will I receive confirmations and reminders?
Yes! You will get a text to confirm 3 days prior to your appointment, if you do not confirm the appointment, we will call you to confirm!
What form of payment can I use?
We accept cash, card, and Apple Pay.
What is included in a color service?
A haircut and blow-dry are included in all of our color services unless it specifies otherwise. Any toner, lowlight, smudge, or treatment you get are additional.
