Known for her expertise in extensions, dimensional blondes, and balayage, Sarah is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their absolute best.
Beyond the chair, Sarah is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and cultivating a team environment where stylists can grow and thrive. Her vision for Gather is more than just great hair—it’s about building confidence, community, and long-lasting relationships.
When she’s not at the salon, Sarah loves spending time with family, trips to the beach, and working on creative projects. Her entrepreneurial spirit and eye for detail are what continue to inspire both her team and her clients every day.
Amanda Bruce- Dimensional Color & Balayage Specialist
Amanda brings over 13 years of experience behind the chair, with a passion for dimensional color, redheads, and balayage. Her goal is always to boost her clients’ confidence by creating beautiful, healthy hair.
When you sit in Amanda’s chair, you can expect an educational approach to hair care and an honest opinion about what’s best for your hair at all times. She loves all things products and education, and is always eager to share her knowledge.
Outside the salon, Amanda enjoys quality time with her family, reading, and relaxing at the beach or in the mountains. She also has a soft spot for shopping—and never turns down a scoop of chocolate ice cream. 🍦
Karlee Cailteux- Extension & Dimensional Blonding Specialist
Karlee is passionate about helping her clients feel their absolute best. Known for her attention to detail and warm, welcoming energy, she ensures every guest leaves her chair feeling confident and cared for.
She specializes in custom extensions and dimensional blonding, with a focus on creating seamless, natural blends. Her goal is always to enhance her clients’ confidence through beautiful, healthy hair that fits their lifestyle.
Outside the salon, Karlee loves beach days, strolling through Hobby Lobby, and spending time with her golden doodle, Winston. 🐾
